All items available on digitaldukaan are digital products delivered electronically (via email or download link). As these are intangible goods, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered, except under specific conditions mentioned below.

Refund Process

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
